House rules
How it works
- A dev opens a jar: he launches a coin on pump.fun through Tip Pad and picks closing time, 1 to 30 days (7 by default).
- Any holder of at least 1 whole token tips the dev in SOL. 1% of the tip goes to the $TIP pan; 99% goes into the jar.
- The coin migrates (its pump.fun curve completes) before anyone closes the jar: the whole jar goes to the dev. Anyone can ring the bell; the keeper does it at once.
- Closing time comes first: the jar turns over and every tipper gets his 99% back plus the rent of his tip record. No expiry. The keeper pushes refunds in batches; any wallet can push one.
The jar
- Who can tipAny wallet whose own Token-2022 account holds 1+ token. The dev of the coin cannot tip his own jar.
- Smallest tip0.01 SOL
- Tip fee1% to the $TIP pan, taken from the tip, never refunded.
- NoteOptional. Only its sha256 hash is stored on chain.
- PaidCurve complete while the jar is live: pay_dev sends tips, strays and the jar rent to the dev and closes the jar. Tip records give their rent back to the tippers.
- RefundingDeadline reached, curve not complete: finalize turns the jar over, refund_tip pays each tipper. After the last one, close_jar sends strays to the treasury and the jar rent to the dev.
Fees
- Launch fee0.02 SOL
- Dev buyUp to 2 SOL and 10% of the supply, never completing the curve.
- Creator fee50% to the dev (claim any time), 25% to the $TIP pan, 25% to the treasury. Collected from the pump.fun curve and from PumpSwap after migration.
$TIP
The pan (PadBucket) collects 25% of every creator fee and 1% of every tip. Once $TIP exists, the admin proposes its mint, anyone accepts it after 24 hours, and from then on the pan buys $TIP in small median-guarded chunks and burns every token. Until then it shows as accumulating.

Trust
- ProgramTipDXkz9Kb7B8vbagQNFxD7JnUPyu1sqMzMUimgbvYs
- No judgeThe curve's complete flag and the chain clock decide every jar. No oracle, no vote.
- Admin canPause new jars and new tips, change parameters for future coins after 24 hours, rotate roles after 3 days, set the $TIP mint once.
- Admin cannotMove a jar, a tip, a dev share or the $TIP pan. Refunds and payouts keep running while paused.
- KeeperFinalizes at the deadline, pays devs, pushes refunds, collects fees. Its key has no power; every push is also a button on this site.
Risks
- Late completionAfter the deadline the jar is still paid if the curve completes before anyone calls finalize. The keeper finalizes the second the deadline passes.
- Buying to unlockA dev may buy his own curve to completion to unlock a big jar. Allowed: that costs about 85 SOL of real buys, a real migration.
- Sybil tipsA dev can tip himself from other wallets to make the jar look fat. Each such tip costs 1% that never comes back.
- 1-token ruleA label, not a lock: someone can buy 1 token, tip and sell. It never moves anyone else's money.
- pump.funpump.fun can re-point a creator fee (admin_cto / set_creator); its programs are upgradeable. This program is unaudited by a third party.
